Storage Recommendation:

Kept refrigerated in vacuum packed packaging until ready for consumption.

For shucked oysters - consume within 24 hours of arrival

For unshucked oysters - max 2 days refrigerated. Consume within 24 hours once shucked.

Delivery is held every Tuesday and Friday from 2pm-9pm.

Dates may change when there are Public Holidays in Singapore/Japan.

We will slot your order in our next available delivery. E.g. If we are sold out for this Friday, we will put your order in for next Tuesday’s delivery.
